The activities below are drawn from the company’s Memorandum of Association and describe the scope of permitted business.
Holding & Proprietary investments (own account)
Holding and disposal of equity interests and participations using the Company’s own funds only. No client funds are accepted.
Business & management consulting
Business and management consulting primarily for the group and affiliated companies, focused on operational and organizational matters. No financial consulting or investment advice.
Business administration & corporate management
Administration and corporate management of companies and processes within the group. Not the management of third-party assets.
Real estate activities
Acquisition, ownership, lease, and sale of the Company’s own real estate. The Company does not provide real estate financing to third parties.
Corporate & commercial services
Corporate support, commercial arrangements, and representative functions, including the establishment of branch or representative offices.
Internal treasury & cash management (own account)
Internal treasury and cash management for the Company’s own account. The Company does not provide loans or financial services to third parties; any loans are intra-group only.
The Company does not provide regulated financial services, does not accept client funds, does not manage third-party assets, does not provide investment advice, and does not engage in brokerage or payment services. All activities are conducted solely with the Company’s own funds and/or within the group of affiliated companies.
